MIRRODIA / PRIVACY NOTICE
Privacy Notice
Updated 2026-11-01
Information used to operate our website, support, and software licensing.
Who is responsible
Chen, operating under the MIRRODIA brand, is responsible for personal information processed by our website and licensing service. For privacy requests, email support@mirrodia.com.
Information and purposes
- Orders and delivery, when sales open: checkout email, order and transaction references, product, amount, currency, payment status and timestamps, used to verify purchases and deliver licenses.
- Licensing: license references, protected activation-code records, installation identifiers and names, and activation or revocation records, used to validate entitlements and installation limits.
- Support: messages, email addresses and attachments you send us, used to answer your request.
- Security: technical request information and rate-limit records, used to protect the service. The licensing limiter uses a keyed IP-derived value. Hosting providers may separately process IP addresses, browser details and request logs.
We process this information to provide software and support you request, protect our services and meet applicable legal obligations. Where required, we obtain consent for optional processing.
Checkout is currently closed. Creem is the planned payment provider. When Creem checkout is enabled, Creem will handle payment information entered there under its own privacy notice. Our order database does not store full card details. Licensing endpoints do not accept audio recordings or music projects.
Browser storage
Shopping-bag choices and private order-access information may be stored in your browser. Keep order links and access tokens private. Clearing browser data can remove locally saved access. There is currently no separate MIRRODIA customer account system or marketing analytics integration.
Providers and international processing
The main storefront, installer downloads and licensing service use Cloudflare. Hosting-provider notices are linked below. Support email is handled through Microsoft Outlook. Creem will handle checkout and transaction records if our integration goes live. Information may be processed outside your country under the applicable provider arrangements.
Provider notices: Storefront hosting, Current licensing hosting, Cloudflare, Microsoft and Creem. We do not sell your information or share it for cross-context advertising.
Retention and your requests
We retain order and license records as needed to operate your license, handle disputes and satisfy legal record-keeping duties. Support information is kept as needed to resolve and document requests. Temporary licensing rate-limit records are periodically removed after their operational window. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymized, subject to legal duties and backup cycles.
You may request access, correction or deletion by email. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Applicable law may also provide rights of restriction, portability, objection or complaint to a data-protection authority. For information controlled by Creem, you may contact Creem directly.
Order emails
Resend is our selected provider for order, license and recovery emails. When email delivery is enabled, we provide the recipient address and necessary order and license content to deliver the service you request. We do not enable open or click tracking for these emails.
